What does ATP Consulting do?+
Two paths. New founders take the Founder's Path: a free consultation, then the steps to do it yourself, or the whole business set up with you in one sitting. Businesses already running take Second Wind: we find what's costing you money, put a dollar figure on it, and hand you the 90-day plan to fix it.
How much does it cost?+
On the Founder's Path, the consultation is free, the Playbook is $297, Essentials is $1,500, Full business is $1,997 and Premium is $2,497. On Second Wind, the Profit Leak Scorecard is $297, Recharge Essentials is $1,500, the 14-Day Profit Recharge is $5,000, fixed, paid at the start, and the Install is $7,500. Move up within 30 days and what you paid counts toward the next step. State, domain, bank and other third-party fees are at cost, on top.
What if you don't deliver?+
On the 14-Day Profit Recharge, you pay for a result: within 14 days of starting, a written 90-day plan that names every money leak and what each one costs you in dollars, in your own numbers. If we don't deliver it, we return every dollar. Delivered means the written plan is in your hands within 14 days of starting, built on the numbers you gave us.
I am just starting out. Where do I begin?+
With the Founder's Path. The consultation is free, and you leave with the first step in writing. Then you choose: the Playbook to do it yourself, or we set the business up with you.
Will the state and the bank approve it in one sitting?+
We promise the sitting, not the approval. We set everything up with you in one sitting; the state and the bank then approve on their own timelines, which we do not control.
Who is Second Wind for?+
Businesses already running: in business 2 years or more, with $150k or more a year in revenue, where the owner makes the decisions and can share real numbers, like bank statements or the books.
Do you give me the answer?+
In the Founder's Path consultation, no: we ask the questions, you find the answer, and we write your steps down. On Second Wind, we find what is costing you money and put a dollar figure on it, from your own numbers.
Do we meet in person?+
No. Everything is remote, by video call and phone, so it works wherever you are.
Which languages do you work in?+
English and Spanish. Every conversation and the written plan can be in either.
Is what I write private?+
Yes. ATP does not sell personal data, and you can ask us to delete what you wrote.
